The ECS student chapter at the University of Utah is a student-led group that focuses on the development of community within the areas of electrochemical and solid-state sciences and technology. The student chapter meets monthly to allow students to connect and discuss these areas of research to promote public interest and innovation. The chapter strives to host events such as outreach and seminar speakers to strengthen the knowledge of the community. ECS provides opportunities for further engagement and networking through yearly conferences.
